1. Using Advancii

When you use our website or buy any of our services, you’re entering a contract with us. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use our platform. You’re responsible for anyone who uses your account, so make sure they follow the rules too.
Sharing accounts isn’t allowed—every user must have their own login. This keeps everything secure and ensures accountability. We can cancel your account if you break these terms. No hard feelings, but we need to protect our platform and users.

Advancii offers several types of licences, from simple annual subscriptions to project-based access. You’ll pick the licence that suits your needs when you sign up. Each licence type comes with different features—these are explained clearly on our website.
If we update or tweak features, we’ll let you know. We try to keep everything running 24/7, but sometimes we need to do maintenance. If that happens, we’ll aim to give you a heads-up unless it’s an emergency.

You’re responsible for any content you upload. Make sure you own it and it doesn’t break any laws.

We promise to provide our services with reasonable care and skill. If something breaks and it’s our fault, we’ll fix it. We can’t promise the service will always be perfect or available. We don’t guarantee our site will be free of bugs or viruses, though we take security seriously. If laws change and that affects our services, we may need to adjust how things work. We’ll always try to do this fairly and give you a heads-up.

Most licences are paid in advance. Some customers are invoiced—either way, you’ll see your payment terms before checkout. If you don’t pay on time, your access may be paused until things are sorted. Prices might change. If they do, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

We collect and use your data as explained in our Privacy Policy. We follow UK and EU data laws (GDPR), and we’re committed to keeping your data safe. We’ll only use your personal data when we have a good reason (like to deliver services or follow the law), and we’ll never sell your info. You can ask to see, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
