James brings a robust finance background from senior roles in FTSE 250 companies and the public sector, with a focus on R&D–intensive industries such as telecommunications. James holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Paul has a diverse IT career with expertise in data science, big data, and AI, at organisations like British Telecom and the Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as successful start-ups. Paul has an MBA in Knowledge Management and has several industry qualifications in data science and AI.
Web Designer & Developer
I am very team focused. As an active member of a canoe club, I train to compete nationally as well as teach others to paddle safely and improve their technique so they enjoy the sport. Also, I have completed DofE and, as part of Cadets, been involved in a team building exercise in Bavaria.

Igor has a strong background in business development and market expansion, with a decade of international experience driving growth across diverse industries. Holding an MBA, Igor specializes in sales strategy, B2B relationship management, and building strategic partnerships.
