Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to all use of the Services, including by your authorised users, contractors, and anyone accessing the Services through your account. You are responsible for ensuring they comply.

You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Infringes any intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy right of a third party.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Contains personal data of EU/UK data subjects without a lawful basis.
• Includes special category data (e.g., health, biometric) unless agreed in writing in advance.

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services.
• Use the Services to build, train, or benchmark a competing product.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to extract data, except for authorised API use.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without prior written permission (see Security Policy for our disclosure process).
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell, sub-licence, or share account credentials with any third party.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications or for any unlawful purpose.

• Customer inputs. You are responsible for the lawfulness of any content you input to AI-assisted features, including any third-party rights.
• No model training. You must not use outputs of the Services to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a model that competes with Advancii.
• Human oversight. AI-assisted outputs are decision support, not legal or financial advice. You must apply professional judgement before relying on them.
• Our commitments. Advancii designs and operates AI features under documented internal standards covering human oversight, transparency about AI involvement, and protection of Customer material.

• Reasonable useUsage should be consistent with normal business use for the licence tier you have purchased.
• Excess usageSustained usage materially above your tier may trigger throttling, additional charges, or a request to upgrade.
• Stability protectionWe may apply temporary rate limits to protect the platform for all users.

To report a breach of this policy - including suspected infringement of your IP rights on the Services - email admin@advancii.com with the subject "AUP report" and supporting details.

• WarningFor minor or first-time breaches, we will normally contact you to require remediation.
• SuspensionFor serious or repeated breaches we may suspend access immediately without refund.
• TerminationSevere or unlawful breaches may result in termination of the agreement and, where required, notification to authorities.
• CooperationWe will cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect new threats and use cases. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a prominent notice in the app.
