Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third party we engage to process Customer personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a written contract imposing the same data-protection obligations Advancii owes its Customers. We will notify Customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor.

• Vercel Inc.Application hosting, edge delivery, and serverless compute for the advancii.com website and the Advancii app. Region: primarily UK/EU.
• Amazon Web Services, Inc.Cloud storage (S3), database hosting, and backups. Region: UK (London). Purpose: durable storage of Customer data.

• Amazon Web Services, Inc. (SES)Transactional email delivery (login links, notifications, support replies). Region: UK (London). Purpose: passwordless authentication and operational email.
• Twilio Inc.SMS delivery for one-time codes and operational notifications. Region: global routing, EU data residency where available.

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.Payment processing, subscription billing, and Stripe Connect for partner payouts. Region: EU/UK with sub-processing in the US.

• Amplitude, Inc.Product analytics on app usage. Configured with IP truncation and no third-party advertising integrations.
• BetterStackStructured log aggregation for diagnostics and incident response. Region: EU.

• Ably Realtime Ltd.Realtime pub/sub channels for in-app collaboration features. Region: EU.
• Svix Inc.Outbound webhook delivery to Customer integrations. Region: EU/US, configured per Customer.

• Cloudflare, Inc.CDN, DDoS mitigation, WAF, and DNS for advancii.com and sub-domains. Region: global edge network with EU/UK presence.
• Google LLC (reCAPTCHA)Bot-protection on public forms (e.g., contact, signup). Region: global. Purpose: prevent automated abuse.

Material changes to this list will be notified by email to the Customer's billing contact and reflected on this page. Customers may subscribe to changes by emailing admin@advancii.com with subject "Sub-processor updates".

If a Customer has a reasonable data-protection objection to a new or replacement sub-processor, they may notify Advancii within 30 days of the change notice. The parties will work in good faith to resolve the objection; if unresolved, the Customer may terminate the affected Services for convenience.
