01

Scope

This statement applies to the advancii.com marketing website and the Advancii product application served from the app.advancii.com domain. It does not cover third-party content embedded in our services (for example, vendor status badges or third-party document viewers), which we link to rather than control.

02

Standard we target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance Level AA. WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard expected by UK public-sector procurement under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, and is increasingly required by enterprise and legal-services buyers.

03

What we do to support accessibility

  • Semantic markup. We use native HTML elements and ARIA only where native semantics fall short.
  • Keyboard access. All interactive components are operable with a keyboard, including custom menus, modals, and combobox patterns.
  • Visible focus. Focus indicators are visible and meet WCAG 2.2 SC 2.4.11 (Focus Not Obscured) and 2.4.13 (Focus Appearance).
  • Colour contrast. Body text meets at least 4.5:1 contrast; large text and UI controls meet at least 3:1.
  • Responsive design. Content reflows to a single column at 320px and supports 200% browser zoom without loss of content or function.
  • Reduced motion. Non-essential animation is suppressed when the user has set prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Form accessibility. Form fields have associated labels, accessible error messages, and meaningful autocomplete attributes.
  • Screen reader testing. Critical flows are exercised with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows).
04

Known issues

We test our applications continuously and prioritise accessibility issues alongside functional bugs. A live register of known accessibility limitations is available on request from admin@advancii.com. Where a barrier exists, we will offer an alternative means of accessing the same information or service.

05

Assistive technology compatibility

  • Screen readersTested with VoiceOver on macOS Safari and iOS Safari, and NVDA on Windows Firefox and Chrome.
  • Voice controlCompatible with Voice Control (macOS/iOS) and Voice Access (Android) for the primary navigation and task flows.
  • Zoom and magnificationTested at 200% browser zoom and with macOS Zoom; layouts reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320px viewport width.
  • BrowsersCurrent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are supported.
06

Third-party content

Some content is rendered by third-party services (for example, the system status badge supplied by our monitoring provider, or document previews from external viewers). We work with our vendors to improve accessibility but cannot guarantee conformance for content we do not control.

07

Feedback and contact

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website or app, please tell us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve substantive issues as quickly as practicable.
